Welcome to Orange County Painting Services. By using our website, contacting us, or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential, commercial, interior, and exterior painting services across Orange County, CA. Details of each job, including scope, pricing, and scheduling, are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Estimates and Payments

All estimates are free. Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Orange County Painting Services related to:

• Appointment confirmations

• Estimates and job updates

• Service reminders and promotional offers

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us at team@orangecountypaintingservices.com.

Required CTIA clause:
“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

4. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on what information we collect and how it is used.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a rebooking fee.

6. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind our workmanship and comply with California contractor laws. Our licenses:

• CSLB #1057752 (C33 Painting)

• CSLB #1137049 (C61/D38 Sand & Water Blasting)

We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
